You should take in consideration to measure your finger at the end of the day and keep in mind not to measure your finger when it is very hot or cold. Besides that remember that the two hands are not the same size, they can differ slightly in size. So make sure to measure the finger you want to put on the ring and also make sure that the chosen size leaves enough space to pass gently along the entire length of the finger.

You can easily use a tape measure to figure out the right size of your finger. Measure the circumference of your finger in mm. This measurement corresponds to the size of the ring. 

In case you are between two sizes always choose the larger size.
